To get a puppy or not to get a puppy, that is the question!!!!

Puppies demand your time and energy. They offer you unconditional love in return. They like you when you are having a "bad hair" day. They like you when you are grumpy. They are convinced that you are the smartest person alive and know everything. They listen attentively when you are complaining about your day at work. They cuddle with you when you need a good cry. They watch a movie with you and don't complain about the movie you have chosen. They do these things and so much more. They are worth every ounce of the time and energy that you will use to provide them with a safe and loving home for life.

Our puppies are sold to qualified homes only. After you have looked at the puppies that we have available, please Click Here to complete our online form. 

We will call you to discuss the puppy that interests you. We check our email often during the day. We receive a lot of inquiries for our puppies and we have a working farm that keeps us pretty busy. (Click Here to see pictures of our farm.) 

You may call us any time after submitting the form at 417-732-0011 or 417-848-2444.   If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of submitting the form, we suggest you resubmit it and/or call.  

Your Commitment
Please be sure you are ready for a puppy before you make your inquiry. This is a serious commitment. You are taking in a new family member who will be with you for the next 16 years or so, and you are making a sizeable investment of time and money, so this is not to be taken lightly.

AKC Registration 
All of our mothers and fathers are AKC registered. All puppies come with AKC registration papers. Your pet puppy will come to you with limited AKC registration papers. If you are interested in showing your puppy, you will need full AKC registration. We will provide you with full AKC registration papers under certain conditions. 

WE SHIP BY AIR:

The airline companies that we use to ship our puppies are live animal qualified and do a terrific job of delivering our puppies to their new owners. Your puppy will do just as well during air travel as your puppy will do during car travel. Your puppy won't know the difference. When our puppies travel in the car, they usually sleep.

We drive your puppy to the airport in a nice crate with a cozy fleece pad. If the weather is cold here or where you are, we put a sweater on your puppy. The people at the airlines are VERY nice to them and they travel in a climate controlled area.

The area of the airport that puppies are received from upon arrival varies from airport to  airport and airline to airline. We will let you know exactly where you will be picking up your puppy and give you the contact phone number to the cargo area of your airport. We will give you that information when we call to confirm the flight schedule.

We charge $255.00 for shipping.

WE SHIP BY TRUCK:

On some occasions, we feel it is in the best interest of your puppy to come to you by truck.  We will tell you if this is the case with your puppy based on location, time of year, temperature, schedules, etc.

Our Guarantee
Our puppies are guaranteed to be healthy when they come to you and they are guaranteed against life threatening genetic defects for a year. We don't produce puppies with any defects, but if we ever did, we would make it right.

Health and Welfare
Your puppy has been given all age appropriate vaccinations. Your puppy has been given a kennel cough vaccine and a kennel cough booster.Your puppy has been given wormer. Your puppy is on the medication called Revolution. Revolution is a topically administered medication. Revolution prevents heart worm disease; it controls and prevents fleas; it controls and prevents ear mites; it controls ticks. Your puppy is thoroughly examined by our vet several times before he/she comes to you.  All of our puppies are microchipped.

Size Of Our Puppies
We breed to the small side of standard so most of our Shih Tzu puppies will reach an adult weight between 9 and 12 pounds, and our Silky Terrier puppies will reach an adult weight between 6 and 10 pounds.

The exception to this is our "pocket puppies." We specifically breed these to be smaller than standard for the purpose of being a small lap friend for their owners. Our pocket puppies are perfect specimens of the breed in every way; they are just bred to be smaller.

Our Shih Tzu boys  are priced from $800.00 to $3000.00 and our Shih Tzu girls  are priced from $1000.00 to $3500.00 depending on size, gender, and pedigree.

Our Silky Terrier boys are $550.00 and our Silky Terrier girls are $750.00.
